Learn to Play Hockey Instructor
Primary responsibility would be working as a coach during Learn To Play Hockey programs offered by the Deep Freeze Ice Arena. This position would be part time, approximately 2-4 hours per week
Requirements: USA Hockey Certification, Safe Sport Certificate
Learn to Skate Instructor
Primary responsibility would be working as a coach during Learn To Skate programs offered by the Deep Freeze Ice Arena. This position would be part time, approximately 2-4 hours per week
Requirements: Have a current Learn to Skate USA Instructor Membership and have completed the Instructor Certification Course as well as have a current Safe Sport Certificate.
Skate Guards
The Skate Attendant/Party Host/Event Staff is a key resource member of the Deep Freeze Ice Arena team in its successful operation of the facility. The position provides customer service, duties associated with skate rental counter operation, on ice presence during public skate and other ice events, birthday party and group outing hosting, general event staff member and facility upkeep, and program assistance as needed.
- Must have weekend availability
Operation Attendant
The Operation Attendant is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shifts as a member of the Operations Team. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices. The Building Attendant will safely operate the ice resurfacer (Zamboni) as per scheduled, and conduct a variety of sport and event set ups as needed throughout their shift.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shift. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices. Must be available to work weeknights and/or weekends.
